Melissa Nicholson was born and raised in Collingwood and made Manitoulin Island home in 2005 after falling in love with a proud “Haweater.” What began as a move for love quickly became a deep connection to the Island and its communities.With over a decade of experience in real estate, Melissa brings a knowledgeable, hands-on approach to every client relationship. She lives in Little Current with her husband of 18 years and their four children, and while Little Current is home base, she prides herself on tracking, studying, and staying closely connected to the ever-changing real estate market island-wide.
